This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which HQCheer (operated by All Access Cheer Universe LLC) issues refunds for subscriptions, credits, and other purchases made on the platform.
Monthly subscription plans (Athlete Monthly, Coach Monthly) are billed at the start of each billing period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions. You retain full access to your plan features until the end of the paid period.
Annual subscription plans (Athlete Annual, Coach Annual) are billed once per year. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining months. After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period with no refund. To request an annual subscription refund, contact support@hqcheer.com within 30 days of purchase.
Credits purchased on HQCheer (5 Credit Buy, 10 Credit Buy, 20 Credit Increase) are subject to the following refund terms:
If you used credits for a video review, refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: the review was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe (5 business days for standard, 48 hours for Premium), the review was incomplete or did not address the submitted video content, or a technical error prevented delivery of the review. Refunds for video reviews are issued as credit back to your account, not as monetary refunds. Dissatisfaction with coaching feedback or recommendations does not qualify for a refund, as reviews represent professional opinions.
To request a refund, email support@hqcheer.com with your account email address, the purchase you're requesting a refund for, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
The following are not eligible for refunds: credits that have been fully redeemed, subscription periods that have already elapsed, accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, and free tier accounts (no payment to refund).
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
HQCheer reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
